To change your password go to My IT account : ITS : º£½ÇÉçÇø and click the change your password link.
If you have forgotten your password, and have a registered a personal email address, please go to the on Sussex Direct and enter your IT username. You can then ask for a reset password link to be sent to your email address.
If you don't know your IT username, or if you have forgotten your password but have not registered a personal email address in Sussex Direct, please contact the IT Service desk in Shawcross for assistance.
