2793Can I recover a file I deleted accidentally in Box?
A useful feature of Box is the ability to undelete a file that you have deleted. Box will keep deleted files for 30 days before they are finally purged, after this point it will not be possible to recover deleted files.
To recover a file click on Bin:
You will now see a list of files that you have deleted. You can then restore all or some of the files/folders on display. Note that you can also delete files from here. This means that you are choosing to purge the file immediately rather than wait 30 days - once this action is complete you will not longer be able to recover the file or folder.
