Can I create PowerPoint handouts in Microsoft Word?


Microsoft PowerPoint includes a function to enable you to create handouts in Word. This is useful if would like to edit or format handouts before printing or sending them to recipients:

PowerPoint 2013

  1. From the File button, choose Export and then click on Create Handouts
  2. Click on the Create Handouts button
  3. Choose the format you would like and click OK
